After our parcel of a penguin arrived, Mrs Farrell and Miss Jacobs looked at a book called Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers with the children. The children really enjoyed listening to the story and having discussions about how the boy and the penguin might have felt. 

On Tuesday, Mrs Farrell arranged for a 'very special' visitor to visit the class, so the children wrote questions that they wanted to ask. They had to make sure that they used a question mark at the end and that they were able to read their own writing! 'The Boy' who visited said all the children were very polite and read their questions beautifully.
