Year 1 enjoyed Forest school on Monday, particularly because we did a Treasure Hunt! All our clues were linked to being safe around fire and looking at what we already knew. This will link to our History topic of The Great Fire of London. The end of the treasure hunt led us to a box containing cheese, 'wine' (squash) and gold coins. The children were then asked questions on why Samuel would want to bury his cheese, wine and coins, and they came up with some great suggestions.
